WE WORK A SYSTEM
Classical Pilates is a system of exercises designed to strengthen your core muscles including your deep lower abdominals, glutes, thighs, upper arms and back muscles. When performed correctly, Pilates exercise work to stretch and strengthen the body, to create a healthy long spine, improve your posture, flexibility, and control. Our highly trained instructors will guide you through a Pilates workout so you get the most out of your movements.

The Pilates Project believes that every body is different. Our one-on-one personalized instruction caters to all fitness levels and is focused on attention to detail. This means we get to know your strength and weaknesses. We then tailor each program specifically to your needs and goals!

Our team of highly trained instructors are committed to continual learning, safety, and a commitment to teach their students to be a champion of their own bodies. We help condition bodies at any age and create an individualized fitness program to support real life and everyday activities.
